RATES

• Peak Season: Febuary 1 through May 1-$1250/wk
• Mid Season: May 1 through Sepember 1-$1000/wk
• Value Season: September 1 through January 31-$850/wk

• 10% discount for entire month's rental

  DEPOSIT AND PAYMENT

• A $200 deposit is required to confirm a reservation.
• Full payment is required 6 weeks prior to arrival.                       
• Cancellations will be honored up to 60 days prior to arrival. A $50.00 cancellation fee will be      applied.                                            
• No refunds will be given due to inclement weather.

• Check in time is Saturday 3:00PM
• Check out time is Saturday 10:00AM

• The condominium has rules that must be adhered to. These rules are posted in the unit.
• Maximum occupancy is 6 people.
• Sorry but No Smoking and No Pets permitted in this unit. Smoking permitted on the balcony.
